A unique, online community for young people learning to play dulcimer. This is a place for kids to meet each other, share what they are learning on their instrument, and receive mentorship from other musicians.

Who Can Join?
Kids of any age who are learning to play dulcimers (mountain or hammered). They must have at least one lesson (from any teacher, or a parent) before joining the club.

Cost and Commitment
Membership in the club is $15/month/household. This gives you access to weekly Zoom classes (for kids)+ participation in our Slack community (for parents).

All our volunteers have been carefully vetted and have had background checks.
Weekly classes may not be recorded.
We take the safety and privacy of everyone involved in the club seriously; however, parents are ultimately responsible for monitoring their child(ren)'s participation in the Youth Dulcimer Club.
