**The Essentials Courses are a bare-bones crash course that present everything you need to know in order to move forward on the topic. They are geared toward new to novice players, but all levels are welcome** If you’re playing all of the right notes, but it’s coming out chopping, disjointed, or harsh, this is the class for you! Filled with practical exercises and practice tools, you’ll be playing beautifully and smoothly in no time. We'll look at both right- and left- hand techniques that may be causing your playing to be clunky. Each week, we'll learn a simple tune in a different style and take a close look at the "problem places" in that piece. Then, you'll be able to apply those same practice techniques to other pieces you are learning. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to play with more fluidity and emotion.
