Just The Essentials: Chord-Melody Style

Service Description

Essentials Classes start with the bare-bones basics of a new skill and present just the information you need to move forward in your playing. Learn to play and create chord-melody arrangements. Each week, we'll start with a simple melody on the melody string; and from there, you will learn to add 2-string and 3-string chords and arpeggios. This method is commonly used to play slow ballads, aires, and hymns. DAD tuning, capo required. This class is geared toward novice-level students, or anyone who is new to (or struggles with) this playing style.
