*Chromatic Mountain Dulcimers are fretted entirely in half steps (more like a guitar than a traditional mountain dulcimer). All course materials include tablature numbered diatonically (0, 0+, 1, 1+, etc) and chromatically (0, 1, 2, 3, etc.)** Have you ever pondered what alchemy transforms a melody from 'old time' to 'bluegrass', 'Celtic', or 'blues'? Immerse yourself in the systematic exploration of the rhythmic and melodic subtleties characterizing each genre. This journey will equip you to skillfully adapt tunes across a diverse musical spectrum. With the chromatic dulcimer, no tunes or genres are off-limits!
